Treatment Approach
Our experiences, the systems we exist within, and the environments we inhabit have a
significant impact on our emotional lives. Seeking support through therapy is a simple yet profound step toward balance, wellness and relief. I am here to support your growth and healing. I enjoy working alongside adolescents and young adults, parents, and any individual seeking the safe space to move through life transitions, grief, anxiety or mood issues, and instability.
I use a varied approach in my work, often utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Sandtray, Internal Family Systems, and a humanistic, strengths-based perspective. I utilize and teach the Nurtured Heart Approach to assist parents in deepening and strengthening their relationship with their children.
I am an lqbtqia+ ally, gender-affirming, fat-accepting/health at every size practitioner. Everyone is welcome here.
