Treatment Approach
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, integrative psychotherapy, blending evidence-based modalities with a holistic and culturally grounded understanding of healing. I draw from person-centered, existential, and transpersonal therapies to support meaningful exploration, while incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I integrate somatic and nervous system regulation strategies to help clients reconnect with their bodies and restore balance, alongside mindfulness-based interventions that cultivate awareness and emotional regulation. My work is culturally responsive and honors each client’s unique background, values, and lived experience. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming ally and provide a safe, inclusive space where all individuals are welcomed and supported without judgment. When clinically appropriate, I also incorporate clinical hypnotherapy to support deeper healing and transformation. My approach is both insight-oriented and strengths-based, helping clients build on their resilience while fostering lasting, meaningful change.
